A very large variety of industrial profiles are made from this material (round, rectangular, drawn or extruded bars, profiles, sheets, etc.), profiles that meet the most demanding quality requirements and European quality standards, to permanently ensure optimal performance in use.

Broad spectrum

The Anticorodal alloy has a wide field of use. The advantages of this universal alloy are highlighted especially when the finished products result from a technological process of chipping, followed by surface treatment.

Areas of use

The Anticorodal alloy has a wide spread in the field of machine constructions, as well as in the field of welded constructions. It corresponds perfectly to the development of component parts subjected to oscillating stresses, rotating parts, being used as base plates of different sub-assemblies. Casings for hydraulic pumps or component parts of hydraulic systems can be manufactured.

Processability

The Anticorodal alloy behaves well when processed by cutting (although it results in a continuous spiral chip), it can be anodized, both natural and colored, and from the point of view of weldability, the MIG/WIG process is recommended.

Corrosion resistance: good in normal environment.

Through a precise manufacturing technology, with strict adherence to standards, an alloy was obtained that satisfies the users' requirements both in terms of quality and the excellent characteristics of the material. Alloys for automata bear the mark of maximum machinability that characterizes aluminum and its component alloys.

Due to the excellent machinability and mechanical characteristics, a 40% saving in machining time is obtained (compared to a steel of the same dimensions and mechanical characteristics)

Alloy with a wide range of use

The alloy ENAW 2007 (AICu4PbMgMn) has a wide range of use especially where the basic condition is good machinability by cutting and the possibility to treat superficial surfaces.

Surface treatment

The finished part can be treated superficially by simple anodization (anodization), (hard anodization, colored anodization - through a special technology - limited application); it can also be excellently polished and polished.

Areas of use

This alloy has a wide range of use, from simple parts obtained by chipping to complex hydraulic parts with high bearing capacity. Due to its good resistance to wear, it can also be used in the field of machine construction equipment (gear wheels, guide shafts, racks, guide rails, etc.), in the field of pneumatic and hydraulic systems for the manufacture of valves.
